If you encounter an error like “This program cannot display the webpage”. This error normally occur when the Internet Explorer version is lower than 11.
Solution:
To resolve this, you will need to update the Internet Explorer to the latest version and then get the affected user to retry logging into Zscaler Client Connector again.
