Login to you Admin Portal ZIA (admin.<cloudname>.net) or ZPA (admin.private.zscaler.com)
Hover your mouse pointer in the question mark (?) icon.
Under support click ‘Submit a Ticket’. //it will direct you to another window
Click 'Start Here'. //you will be directed to Zac, Your Zscaler Virtual Assistant.
You can select your concern.
For creating a case, type ‘create a case’.
You can fill in the necessary information.
